These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, services, courses, and programs offered by Prestige School of Esthetics (“we,” “us,” “our”).

By accessing our website, enrolling in a course, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

By enrolling in any course or program, you confirm that:

• You meet the minimum age requirements under Ontario law.
   
• All information provided during registration is accurate and complete.
   
• You understand that enrollment does not guarantee employment.
   

Enrollment is confirmed only after:

• Completion of required registration forms
   
• Payment of required tuition deposit or full tuition
   
• Acceptance by Prestige School of Esthetics
   

We reserve the right to refuse enrollment at our discretion.

• Tuition fees are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
   
• Payment plans, if offered, must be followed according to agreed terms.
   
• Failure to complete payments may result in suspension from classes or withholding of certification.
   
• All outstanding balances must be paid in full before certification is issued.
   

Refunds, if applicable, are governed by:

• The enrollment agreement signed at registration
   
• Applicable Ontario private career school regulations (if applicable)
   

Deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Students are responsible for reviewing refund terms prior to enrollment.

Certification is issued only when:

• All tuition is paid in full
   
• Attendance requirements are met
   
• Practical and theoretical assessments are successfully completed
   

Prestige School of Esthetics does not guarantee government licensing, as esthetics licensing requirements may vary by municipality or service type.

Students are expected to:

• Maintain professional behavior
   
• Follow health and safety standards
   
• Respect instructors, staff, and fellow students
   
• Comply with sanitation and hygiene protocols
   

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate enrollment for misconduct, unsafe practices, or violation of policies without refund.

All course materials, manuals, guides, videos, branding, and training content are the intellectual property of Prestige School of Esthetics.

You may not:

• Copy
   
• Reproduce
   
• Distribute
   
• Resell
   
• Share login credentials
   
• Record classes without permission
   

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

By using our website, you agree:

• Not to misuse the site for unlawful purposes
   
• Not to attempt to breach security
   
• Not to upload malicious software
   

We reserve the right to restrict access if misuse occurs.

Prestige School of Esthetics is not liable for:

• Business losses after graduation
   
• Client dissatisfaction in your independent practice
   
• Injuries resulting from failure to follow proper procedures
   
• Loss of income or indirect damages
   

Students are responsible for practicing within their training and complying with local regulations.

Students acknowledge that esthetics training involves:

• Sharp instruments
   
• Chemicals
   
• Adhesives
   
• Skin treatments
   

Students agree to follow all safety instructions. The school is not responsible for injuries caused by negligence or improper technique.

We may use third-party platforms for:

• Payment processing
   
• Online learning systems
   
• Booking consultations
   
• Email marketing
   

We are not responsible for third-party platform outages or disruptions.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, compliant with Canadian federal privacy laws (PIPEDA).

Prestige School of Esthetics reserves the right to:

• Modify course content
   
• Change instructors
   
• Adjust class schedules

• Correct any digital, verbal, written, website produced,  electronic, human error mistakes at any time.
   
• Cancel programs due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances
   

Students will be notified of significant changes.

We are not responsible for delays or cancellation due to events beyond our control, including:

• Natural disasters
   
• Public health emergencies
   
• Government restrictions
   
• Power outages
   

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.

Any disputes shall be resolved within Ontario jurisdiction.
